Corrupt Microsoft Silverlight Install

Silverlight may not be detected by browsers even though it is installed on hte machine.  Uninstalling may fail, or it may uninstall but not allow re-install because the PC thinks silverlight is still there.  Microsoft has created a Corrupt Silverlight Install tool, please see this link. https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2608523?wa=wsignin1.0
