The ActiveExpression units are now working with the question generation/assessment tool in ActivInspire. The firmware on the units have to read V9.02 to be able to accept information transmission from that specific question tool. Units have to be upgraded utilizing a two part process, first the kernal has to be applied to the devices, then the updated firmware. THe AvtivHub also has to be at firmware version V5.5 or newer. The version for the HUB can be seen in the ActiveEngage console, and the device firmware can be seen by clicking the Menu button, then diagnostics, then the firmware version will be provided on that screen.

After updating the ActivInspire software, the activhub and virtual hub in room 120 are both unable to be found. Also, prior to updating the software, when trying to register the devices they would all register but then when we would start the question session only 2 of the devices would actually display the questions.
